5.0.1 Input Data Overview
Navigate to the "Data Input" page to begin entering data.
Prior to data submission, the responsible individual must validate that all entered data corresponds correctly with the "Select Entity", "Select Fiscal Year", and "Select Month".
Use the left menu to select the Input Location and Timeframe:
Group: Select any subsidiary or branch to input data directly for those entities.
Subsidiary: Choose a subsidiary and its associated branches.
Branch: Input data specific to an individual branch.
Timeframe: Select the fiscal year. If the entity uses monthly input, a monthly dropdown will appear.

5.0.3 Data Entry Options - Manual Entry
For Matrices :
Enter values directly into input boxes (e.g., Refrigerants: 100 kg).
Click Submit Data to save entries.
Upload supporting evidence (e.g., bills, receipts) by clicking Upload. Supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG (max file size: 10MB per file).
For Qualitative Report :
Enter texts directly into the input boxes
Click Submit Data to save entries.
Upload supporting evidence by clicking Upload Document.
Supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG (max file size: 20MB per file).
Units :
The units are not allowed to adjust, so data owners must ensure inputting the data based on the set unit, and may need to conduct unit conversion before inputting the data.
5.0.4 Data Entry Options - Bulk Import
Export a pre-defined Excel template by selecting Data Export > Fiscal Year > Download.
Fill in the template with activity data.
Import the completed file using Data Import > Upload. (This will replace all existing data for the selected fiscal year. Do not modify the template’s structure or wording.)
5.1.1 Upload Steps
Click Upload and Extract.
Upload your utility bill.
Select the entity and activity corresponding to this bill, then click "Next".
Confirm the entity and activity selection, then click "Next" again.
(Note: This is required only during the first scan of the account's bill. Future scans of corresponding account will automatically identify the entity.)
5.1.2 Upload Requirement
Upload utility documents (e.g., Hong Kong electricity, gas, water bills) for automatic data extraction.
5.1.3 Upload Limits:
Each entity is allowed for 200 uploads (max of 2 pages per upload) per fiscal year.
For uploads beyond limit, extra costs will be incurred.
5.1.4 Unsupported Bills:
For non-supported bill types (e.g., international invoices), reach out to your TT Green Sales Representative.
5.2.1 Overview
Navigate to the "Settings and Preferences" section (top-right corner) to configure data input-related options.
(Note: This is required only during the first scan of the account's bill. Future scans of corresponding account will automatically identify the entity.)
5.2.2 Boundary
Click "Edit Boundary" to return to the KPI selection page and modify your selections.
5.2.3 Intensity
Default intensity is set to GFA (m²). Adjust as needed.
5.2.4 OCR setting
After the first scan of the account's bill, the mapping data will be saved here.
Update Bill Account Number, Mapping Activity, or Selected Location:
Click on the "more" icon in the top right corner and then click on "Edit."
Select the entity.
Select the activity corresponding to this bill, then click "Save."
Delete Mapped Data:
Click on the "more" icon in the top right corner and then click on "Delete."
5.2.5 Input Preference
Block Data Input :
Restrict data entry for previous or current years by selecting Allow or Block in the dropdown.
Input Timeframe :
Set the input frequency (monthly or yearly) for each fiscal year.
Input Alert
Enable alerts for abnormal values and customize trigger conditions.
