2.1.2 : Select Entity Profile
After logging in, you will see an entity profile list based on your account access right.
Group Users (1st Level)
Access to all Subsidiary and Branch data and users.
Subsidiary Users (2nd Level)
Manage its own data and users, as well as its Branches.
Branch Users (3rd Level)
Can only manage its own data and users.

2.2.1 : Manage Profile Setting
To manage your Entity Profile or Personal Profile, click the "Settings" dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
2.2.2 Manage Entity Profile ( Management Only )
The Entity Profile can only edit and view by Management Account.
You can edit entity profile and key contact point.
Basic Information of the company and set up fiscal year period, base year here.
2.2.3 Manage Users (Management Only )
there are 2 types of users :

Click "Add users" to create a new account

2.2.4 Add New Users
You may click the "Add Users" button to create a new account, within the permitted account limit of entity.
Select the user role first
Enter the user's name, job title and email address.
After confirmation, the new user will receive an activation email for account setup.
2.2.5 : Personal Settings
Update your user name, job title, change your password and language under this tab.
2.3.1 Define KPI data collection (for Group level users)
Begin the onboarding process by clicking the "Get Started" button to set up the boundary.
2.3.2 Onboarding Settings
Complete all onboarding settings, including:
Defining the location.
Specifying the Fiscal Year and Base Year.
2.3.3 Input Timeframe
Set the input timeframe, which determines whether user input data will be recorded monthly or yearly.
2.3.4 Boundary Framework
Optionally, you can configure the boundary by selecting a framework and industry. If not applicable, simply uncheck all options.
2.3.5 Select KPIs
Select the KPIs you wish to assign to the entity. Note that some KPIs require multiple data inputs, so ensure all related KPIs have been assigned with the same numbering.
Use the filter and search functions to quickly locate KPIs. Alternatively, use the "View By" dropdown to review selected KPIs before confirming your choices.
