3.0.1 : KPI Dashboard Access
The Dashboard provides an overview of each KPI’s data. After submitting data on the "Data Input" page, the raw data is calculated and displayed here.
Group :
This level maintains complete visibility of all KPIs across subsidiaries and branches.Subsidiary :
This level has access to selected KPIs assigned to subsidiary-level operations and associated branches. (Note: A Subsidiary cannot view KPIs of other Subsidiaries.)Branch:
Branches can only access and view their own assigned KPIs. (Note: A Branch cannot view KPIs of other Branches.)
3.0.2: Data Aggregation
By default, the dashboard will show the aggregated data submitted by all the entities. If you want to check the data by each entity, you can use the filter function.
Group Level:
Aggregates data from all Subsidiaries and Branches.Subsidiary Level:
Aggregates data from all its Branches.Branch Level:
Displays only its own submitted data.
3.0.3 Filter by Location
To view data for a specific property or group, use the filter of location to select corresponding entity (e.g. PMD, Bo Shek Mansion")
3.0.4 : Data Range
By default, the dashboard displays aggregated data (all months combined).
To view specific month data:
Click the Month Dropdown
Select your desired month

3.1.1 Intensity dashboard
The intensity calculation applies to Pillar 2 (Low-carbon Transformation). This evaluates absolute emissions, electricity, waste, and water performance metrics by calculating intensity values using gross floor area (GFA) as the denominator, as shown in the formula: Absolute emissions/ GFA (emissions as an example).
After inputting all emission data, water consumption, waste data, and intensity GFA amount, you can check the intensity metrics for each entity here.

If Scope 3 activities are assigned to an entity, the calculated emission amount will be displayed under this tab.
