Lesson 4 : Goals

4.0.1 Goals Overview

Goal Dashboard displays the Strategic KPIs and the respective targets of each pillar. It highlights their current-year performance and shows the short-term, mid-term and long-term goals.

4.0.2 Goals Details

Clicking on a target will direct you to the details page, where you can view the respective goal’s progress, check yearly performance, and review the goal tracking status.

The data submitted via Data Input and calculated in the dashboard will sync here to show the Goal Tracking status.

4.1.1 Create New Goals

Strategic KPIs and targets may be updated/ created through regular review of sustainability works and endorsement with Sustainability Working Group.

To create new goals, click the “Create Goal” button in the top-right corner.

4.1.2 Setting Goal Details

• Select KPI: Choose the relevant metric from the dropdown

• Chart Type: Pick your preferred visualization

• Configure Conditions: Set target values and parameters

4.1.3 Review and Confirm Set Goal

Review all details on the summary page, then click Confirm to activate your goal. Edits can be made later if needed.

(Goals take effect immediately upon confirmation.)

4.2.1  Edit or Delete a Goal

After setting up a goal, you can review its details on the goal details page. At the bottom, you will find the “Edit” and “Delete” buttons.

Editing
- Any changes made will replace the current setup once saved.
- The updated goal details will be displayed afterward.

Deleting
- This action permanently removes the goal.
- Note: Deleted goals cannot be recovered, so proceed with caution.

Note: Editing or deleting goals can be only performed by SWG Secretariat.
